Considering I had one bad experience after another with this distro, I can't honestly recommend it for use on the desktop at this point. Were my findings isolated to our test machine? Possibly, but practically every other distro does amazingly well on it. Not to mention, much of what I've brought up throughout the review can be considered vendor feature-related issues and not tied to Linux itself. I just think that this distro could be so much more than what it is now. It's currently #5 on the Distrowatch charts and I would imagine it's there for a reason, but I couldn't find that reason. Perhaps if you have time you can download it, try it out, and tell me what you find. For my time and money, I will go elsewhere. I'm just not that impressed. The only thing that was dead on the money was the installer, which I found to be superb, but past that I won't use this distro for more than demo/live CD applications.
