Comments to the Kubuntu collaboration problems

Tectonic have had a look behind the problems between the Kubuntu developers that has caused kubuntu.de to go offline.

Despite tomorrow being Ubuntu Hug Day (a bug-finding day where testers get a hug for finding a bug), there'll be little love between the German Kubuntu developers and the rest of the Ubuntu team. Andreas Mueller, who heads up the German Kubuntu (kubuntu.de) team, helped start the Kubuntu project, and purportedly finances much of its work out of his own pocket, has launched a public attack on Mark Shuttleworth's Canonical, the company that runs the Ubuntu project.
