Automatix: Making Installation a Snap in Ubuntu

Is it Safe to Use? There have been some concerns in regards to the safety of using Automatix while having other package mangers installed. Should you be concerned? Not at all. The source code is open and free for anyone to examine at any time. In addition, Automatix does not, in any way, alter with or change your sources.list. On the flip side, however, it is worth noting that Automatix will make needed changes to configuration files, but relax – backups are made with each change.
