Personally, I'm dual-booting Debian Etch and Ubuntu Feisty on my main desktop, run a Zonbu box as a quick means of web access in a pinch and of course, have Gutsy on my notebook because of implementation of the new wireless stack. So in the end, I think it is worth remembering that there is much more to Linux adoption than one distro alone. There are many great Ubuntu alternatives that are worth considering.
