Debian and Python naming convention conflict and Youtube Cache plugin rebase

After almost a hard work of two hours and proof reading all the files, when I tried to run the plugin, it refused to run with some python traceback. Well, python said that hyphens are not allowed in module names.

Now after hours of work, I have a conflict and ignoring any one of them is not possible. If I ignore the Debian one, Eriberto will have tough time in maintaining the package as he'll have to keep patching the code for changing video_cache to video-cache. And it'll become difficult to answer questions from people regarding help on caching. And if I ignore python convention, plugin won't work at all.
