SimplyMEPIS 8.0 RC1 is Available for the Holidays

The kernel in RC1 has been updated to upstream version 2.6.27.10 and the wl wireless driver has been updated to improve reliability. Some minor changes have taken place “under the hood” to address issues that were reported by individual testers.
