Cmus on Debian Squeeze

I wanted to do a simple thing today – install cmus (ncurses based music player for linux console) on Debian Squeeze. And I wanted last.fm support. I read somewhere about some mambo-jumbo procedure involving cloning git repository, applying some patch which should enable last.fm support and then building cmus from source More here
