delegation for the NM Front Desk

Dear Developers, there are a couple of changes in the New Members Front Desk team, that I’d like to announce:

– Xavier Oswald is stepping down from the team; Christoph Berg is
stepping down too, but has kindly given his availability to remain as
Front Desk “wizard”, to back up more active team members if the need
arises. Let’s thank both of them for their past work as Front Desk

– Jonathan Wiltshire is joining Front Desk and deserves all our best
wishes for his new role (especially because he’ll have to work twice,
to cover up for *two* team members stepping down :-P)

Below you can find an updated formal delegation, listing all current
team members.
